Howard Krauskopf & the Raid
In the early 1990's, Wanda Wilkins a woman in her 70s was threatened that if she would not allow people access to her home then the sheriff would be sent out with his gun.  Ms. Wilkins later passed away after losing her battle with cancer.

Below are three video clips of an incident that occurred when appraisers, led by attorney Howard Krauskopf who is counsel for Potomac Valley Conservation District, demanded access to the home of Ms. Wilkins.  The home was eventually destroyed for the Kimsey Run Dam in Lost River.

Watch and listen closely.  Around 2:42 into Part 1, Howard Krauskopf threatens Ms. Wilkins by stating that he will get the sheriff with his gun if she continues to refuse the appraisers access to her home.
